A style of massage combining Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques while being attentive to the energetic body.

Pregnancy Massage

Full body massage designed for pregnant women targeting specific tension areas. This style focuses on side-lying positions and helping both mom and baby relax. Massage is safe during all 3 trimesters, however, it is suggested you check with your doctor/midwife before booking.

Reflexology

Japanese massage that uses pressure points on the feet and ankle to help the body return to homeostasis.
